“Metta” is a Pali word that translates to “loving-kindness” or “universal love.” Rooted in Buddhist tradition, it embodies compassion, empathy, and goodwill toward oneself and others. At Metta Healing Arts, this principle forms the foundation of everything we do, creating a safe, nurturing space for healing and growth.

Why I chose the name Metta Healing Arts

The name “Metta Healing Arts” reflects the heart of my work: healing trauma with compassion, presence, and care. True healing goes beyond techniques or modalities—it requires a deep understanding of each person’s unique journey and a supportive relationship built on trust and empathy.
