Virtual Sessions
These sessions provide the flexibility and convenience of connecting from wherever you are. Through video calls, we engage in somatic practices to release tension, regulate your nervous system, and help you reconnect you with your body. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person, offering stability, grounding, and support no matter your location.
Outdoor/Hiking Sessions
If you feel drawn to the grounding energy of nature, I offer somatic healing sessions outdoors, combining movement with the healing rhythm of the natural world. These hike sessions create a dynamic, open environment where we integrate somatic practices with mindful movement, fresh air, and the calming presence of nature. This approach helps release tension and stress while allowing you to reconnect with your body in motion and embrace the natural flow of your surroundings.
In-Person Office Sessions
For those who prefer a more traditional setting, I offer somatic healing sessions in my Los Angeles office. In-person sessions may include hands-on support (only if and when it enhances your process) and guided somatic practices tailored to your needs. The office provides a safe and grounded space for releasing tension, reconnecting with your body, and fostering resilience and self-connection, with the added benefit of co-regulating together in person.
