These sessions aren’t about “fixing” you—because you aren’t broken. They’re about giving your body the space, support, and tools it needs to recover from chronic stress, trauma responses, and nervous system dysregulation.

Virtual Sessions
These sessions provide the flexibility and convenience of connecting from wherever you are. Virtual sessions are just as effective as in-person, offering stability, grounding, and support no matter your location.
In-Person Office Sessions
For those who prefer a more traditional setting, I offer somatic healing sessions in my Los Angeles office. In-person sessions may include hands-on support (only if and when it enhances your process) and guided somatic practices tailored to your needs. The office provides a safe and grounded space with the added benefit of co-regulating together in person.
